MAKE A JOYFUL NOISE

Daily Reading:

Psalm 100

The psalms of David is an express reflection of reliance and total submission to God in all endeavors. David was said to be a man after God's heart. In order words, he knew God and had a personal relationship with Him. Your day will be far better off if you first recognize not just the essence of prayer but partnership with God. As we feed the body, so also we must feed the spirit.
Everyday many complain that there is no time: wake up by 4:30am, clean up the house and try to meet with other daily time requirements but the truth is when you love something you create time for it, therefore if you love God, you'll create time for Him. Its so easy, Mr James may forget other details but will not forget to consume his cigarrette even as early as 8:00am in the morning.
What about John, who thinks without a bottle of beer, the whole day will just go bad and makes sure he keeps tab with at least a bottle a day. In natural setting, the more time you spend with someone, the more attention you get from that person. It takes commitment to communicate each day with God.
For instance, a husband who does not speak to his wife every morning before going out should really be expecting quarrels. Socially, it is wrong for two people to come out of the same building without interaction. It takes only the meek in heart to portray an attitude of commitment towards the things of God. In your daily life you should never forget that God is the giver of life and the owner of everything we have in life; he gives and takes. A heart of worship must be our daily point of action.
Ps 100:1 says "Make a joyful noise unto the Lord", you must be joyful and thankful in all you do.
A story is told a man who went to knock on the door of an alcohol vendor late in the night and all he was saying was one tot, one tot, one tot. Guess what, he felt much better after that tot. How much better will we feel if we have just a tot of God each day, and I pray that God will promote us from one tot to the fullness of His glory.
Start your day always with the atmosphere of worship, enjoy God's company through the reading and acceptance of his word. May God reward you richly with His revelations as you partner with Him daily.
Prayer: Lord, help me to know you more and increase my daily thirst for you, in Jesus name... Amen

Ordained for a reason

Every man has a destiny( a divine purpose to accomplish in life). Every man is created to be resourceful and not to be dormant. God created man and assigned him a duty before showing him what to eat, Gen 2:15, " The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it".
You have not just been endowed from the beginning with greatness; You have also been empowered to achieve your God-given purpose in life, and your duty is to reach within and discover it for yourself, Prov 20:5 "Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water; but a man of understanding will draw it out".

Deep within every man is a deep well of talent, potentials and gifts that could only be accessed by those who don't just know, but those who understand it. The fact that you have a bicycle does not mean that you can ride it.You must understand how to harness and combine all that you are in order to be who you want to be.Everyone has a dimension unique to him/her. David was ordained for a reason, Jehu was ordained for a reason, Elijah was ordained for a reason, You too are ordained for a reason and you are not permitted to fail so long as you stick to your field or core reason of existence. When you do a thorough self check on your talent, potentials and abilities, you'll realize that there is an alignment of all these towards a particular calling/ profession. You must understand who you are, what you can do, where you're headed and then you can align yourself towards achieving the divine calling for your life by His grace.

Understanding is the key factor here. Prov 16:22 "Understanding is a wellspring of life unto him that hath it: but the instruction of fools is folly".  I want you to understanding that dormancy or stagnancy is not a condition for God's children. As a child of God, you are an God's investment and you are supposed to yield returns. Matt 25:29 "Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury". We are expected to prosper in all our endeavors. I want to tell you that you are not a waste, you personality is not a waste; even if people see the nobody of you, ALWAYS see the somebody that you are and I believe that the grace of God which is able to make all things perfect and his anointing which makes things easy for every child of God shall speak upon your life. It is time you invest in yourself, for time awaits no man. Remain blessed.

The Power Of The Real You

Jesus Christ has made things easy for us by dieing for us on the cross. He shed his blood for us that we might be able to enjoy His divine nature; living above the natural. His death was to release us from the power of death ( Romans 5:17) "For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!".
